BinarySha384(<binary>

Description

The BinarySha384 function is used to calculate the SHA-384 hash of a binary string. SHA-384 (Secure Hash Algorithm 384-bit) is a cryptographic hash function that produces a 384-bit (48-byte) hash value. The function takes the binary string as input and returns the SHA-384 hash as a binary string.

Parameters

<binary> The binary string for which the SHA-384 hash is to be calculated.

Return Value

Success: Returns the SHA-384 hash of the input binary string as a binary string.
Failure: Returns empty string.

Remarks

The SHA-384 hash is a fixed-length binary string of 48 bytes.
SHA-384 is part of the SHA-2 family of hash functions and is commonly used for data integrity checks, digital signatures, and secure data transmission.
It provides a higher level of security than SHA-256 due to its longer hash length.
