BitIncrement(<value>)

Description

Increments the double value by a small amount.

Parameters

<value> The double value to be incremented.

Return Value

Success: Returns a new double representing the incremented value.
Failure: Returns 0.

Remarks

The BitIncrement function takes a double value as input and increments it by a small amount. The function internally uses the provided code snippet to perform the increment operation. It handles special cases for NaN, -Infinity, +Infinity, and -0.0 values. NaN values return NaN, -Infinity values return Double.MinValue, +Infinity values return +Infinity, and -0.0 values return Double.Epsilon. Negative values are decremented, while positive values are incremented.
